This Cookie Policy replaces our previous cookie policy dated 4 October 2026.
1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies run on our website, spyglasstech.co, what each one is for, and how you control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
This policy covers our marketing website only. It does not cover our products, which are governed by the agreement we have with each customer.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tags, do the same kind of job. In this policy, "cookies" means all of them.
3. The cookies we use
We group cookies into three kinds. Necessary cookies are always on. Statistics and marketing cookies are optional, and Section 4 explains how you control them.
| Service | What it is for | Kind | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cookiebot | Shows the cookie banner and remembers your choice | Necessary | 12 months |
| Opt-out record | Remembers that you have opted out, if you do (see Section 4) | Necessary | 12 months |
| Google Analytics | Counts visits and shows which pages are read | Statistics | Up to 2 years |
| Amplitude | Shows which pages and sections lead visitors to contact us. It also records how each visit moves through our pages, so we can improve them. Anything you type into a form is hidden from these recordings | Statistics | 12 months |
| HubSpot | Records visits to our website for our marketing | Marketing | Up to 6 months |
| RB2B | Identifies organizations that visit our website. For visitors in the United States, it may also identify individual visitors | Marketing | Set by the provider |
4. Your choice
In the United Kingdom and Europe, a banner asks whether you allow statistics and marketing cookies when you first visit. They are not set, and those services do not run, until you say yes. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the end of this policy.
Elsewhere, including the United States, statistics and marketing services run when you visit. You can turn them off at any time through Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information at the end of this policy. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as the same request and do not run them.
Whichever applies to you, when you withdraw or opt out we stop those services in your browser and delete the cookies they set on this website. That does not undo processing that had already taken place.
Visitor identification. You can also opt out with the provider directly: of person-level identification at https://app.retention.com/optout, and of organization-level identification at https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out. Section 9 of our Privacy Policy describes this service in full.
Your browser's own settings also let you block or delete cookies.
5. Data sharing and transfers
The providers named above process the data their cookies collect, and some of them are in the United States. Our Privacy Policy explains who we share personal data with and the safeguards we use for international transfers.
6. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies on our website change, and we post the new version here with a new date.
