ROVE In-Vehicle
Any car a camera car.
A full ANPR camera kit that goes into the cars you already run, and can come out again at the end of the shift.

Built for organisations on the move.
Vehicles get swapped, taken off the road and shared between crews. The kit follows the work, not the car.
Moves between vehicles
The kit comes out of one car and into the next. Nothing is wired in and nothing is left behind.
Cameras off in seconds
The cameras are on magnetic mounts. Crews pop them off when they stop, because a camera left on an enforcement vehicle is a camera that gets damaged.
Goes home with the crew
Where the crew is required to take the system indoors overnight, it comes off at the end of the shift and goes back on in the morning.

The extremes
High speed, low light.
Reading at speed in the dark is the job the kit's infrared cameras are built for. They read from a standstill up to 160 mph closing speed, day or night.
How the cameras work
Fitting
In the car and scanning in under ten minutes.
It runs from the 12V socket. No hardwiring, no engineer visit and no vehicle standing idle while somebody fits it. One person puts it in, and the first read lands before the ten minutes are up.
Talk to us about your fleet8 cameras can connect. Toggled on the fly.
Made to move
Built to outpace legacy systems.
A five-figure quote per car buys cameras an engineer fits, and there they stay. Ours go wherever today's job needs them, front, sides or rear, at a fraction of the footprint, and read about 200 plates a minute.
See what is in the kitHow it works
Captured before you have passed the vehicle.
Eyes on the road. Nothing to press. The alert is a sound, so the driver hears a match without looking for it.
The camera is already looking.
Start scanning once and it keeps reading as you drive. Nobody aims a camera or waits for the right moment.
The plate is read in the car, not in a data centre.
The reading happens on the unit in the vehicle, so it does not wait on a network and does not stop when one is missing.
It is checked against your lists, on the device.
Your lists are already synced to the vehicle. The check is against what is on board, which is why the alert follows the read in about 0.2 seconds.
The alert reaches the officer, not just the office.
The person driving hears it while they are still near the vehicle. A system that only files the read leaves the officer with nothing to act on.
The record is waiting in the back office.
Plate, vehicle, time, place and the image, uploaded on their own, ready before the crew is back.
Before and after
Drive the route you already drive.
Nothing about the round changes except how much of it gets checked.

Every car with a kit reads as it drives, and every read joins the rest on one map. Add a car, and the map grows with it.

Trellis
The whole fleet from one screen.
Lists, zones, configurations, policies and permissions reach every vehicle from Trellis. A change made in the office is on the cars at once.
